This workshop is designed for professionals who have completed Integrating AI into Your Work, or have equivalent experience working deliberately with AI, and who are ready to move from improving their own AI use to redesigning the processes they’re part of. It is ideal for managers, process owners, project leads, and anyone responsible for how a multi-step process runs, not just their own piece of it.

Participants leave with skills they can immediately apply, including how to:

• See a business process as a system by mapping inputs, steps, handoffs, and decision points.
• Divide work deliberately among people, AI, and automation, based on what each does best.
• Design integrated workflows where the handoffs work as well as the steps.
• Build judgment, control, and audit trails into a process, rather than add them after the fact.
• Prototype, evaluate, and improve an AI-enabled process based on real results.

Each participant receives resources that support learning during the workshop and long afterward.
