This workshop is designed for professionals with a specific interest in innovation, product development, or creative problem-solving who have completed Jumpstarting AI Adoption, or who have equivalent hands-on AI experience. It is ideal for anyone who wants to move from occasional bursts of inspiration to a deliberate, repeatable practice for generating and testing new ideas. No design background or formal innovation training is required.

    Building Your Innovation Foundation
    What innovation actually means as a repeatable practice, not a personality trait, and the four stages every idea moves through: insight, ideation, prototyping, and implementation.

    Challenge 1: Generate a Real Insight
    Move past a stated complaint to the real, unmet need underneath it: the difference between a restated problem and a genuine insight worth acting on.

    Challenge 2: Ideate, Wide Then Narrow
    Generate a wide range of ideas with AI as a creative partner, then apply real constraints to narrow the field to the ones worth pursuing.

    Challenge 3: Prototype It Before You Pitch It
    Turn a promising idea into a quick, low-cost prototype built to get a real reaction, not to look finished.

    Challenge 4: Build the Case to Make It Real
    Turn a tested prototype into a clear, evidence-based case a decision-maker can act on.

    Putting Innovation into Practice
    Participants leave with a personal, reusable practice for turning future insights into tested, implementation-ready ideas.
